Acceptable use

Keep it honest and keep it yours:

• No impersonation. Don't claim a handle or publish races pretending to be someone you're not.
• No infringing or unlawful content. Only upload photos, routes, and writing you have the right to publish, and nothing illegal, hateful, or harassing.
• No scraping or abuse. Don't scrape the site in bulk, hammer the API, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with other athletes' use of the service.

Your content

Your races, journals, photos, and routes stay yours — publishing here transfers no ownership to us. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, resize, and display that content, which is what operating the site means; the license ends for content you delete. You're responsible for what you publish.

Termination

You can leave any time — Settings → “Delete account” removes your account and content immediately. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, and we'll say why unless the law prevents it.

Disclaimers and liability

Raceography is provided as is, without warranties of any kind — we don't promise uninterrupted service or that your results render perfectly. To the maximum extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you've paid us in the past twelve months (today: nothing).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
